Robert Boyd Oliver <p>Bob Oliver passed away, December 1, 2022 in Tryon, NC.&nbsp; He was previously a resident of Blacksburg and Roanoke.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Jennings Oliver and Josephine Waldron Oliver and his first wife, Peggy Ramsey Oliver.</p><p>Bob was a long-time member of Blacksburg United Methodist Church.&nbsp; He was a 1953 graduate of William .
